Viennent ensuite la participation aux r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019entreprise (39,2%), puis l\u2019int\u00e9ressement (34,4%) et enfin le plan d\u2019\u00e9pargne retraite collectif (25,1%).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ce sont surtout les moyennes et les grandes entreprises qui ont recours \u00e0 ce type de dispositif. Mais la proportion de salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par ces plans est en forte hausse dans les entreprises de moins de 10 salari\u00e9s&nbsp;: elle passe \u00e0 17,3% dans ce type de structure, soit une hausse de 3,6 points.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Des primes moins \u00e9lev\u00e9es en raison de la crise<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>A noter que la crise sanitaire a eu un impact sur le nombre de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. En baisse de 3,8% par rapport \u00e0 2019, ils sont 7,6 millions \u00e0 avoir touch\u00e9 une prime d\u2019int\u00e9ressement ou de participation. La pand\u00e9mie a aussi eu un effet \u00e0 la baisse sur le montant des primes&nbsp;: dans les entreprises de 10 salari\u00e9s ou plus, leur montant moyen est de 2440 \u20ac brut par salari\u00e9, soit 220 \u20ac de moins que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.helloworkplace.fr\/participation-interessement-epargne-salariale-quelles-sont-les-pratiques-des-entreprises-francaises\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.helloworkplace.fr\/participation-interessement-epargne-salariale-quelles-sont-les-pratiques-des-entreprises-francaises\/\">Hello WorkPlace<\/a> &#8211; 28\/04\/2022<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dares.travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/publication\/participation-interessement-et-epargne-salariale-en-2020\">En sus de sa propre analyse, la Dares fournit \u00e9galement ses donn\u00e9es<\/a>, dont nous avons extrait quelques graphiques, toujours plus parlants (m\u00eame si moins approfondis) que les tableaux de chiffres. L&rsquo;inflexion de 2020 s&rsquo;y voit tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participation, int\u00e9ressements &amp; abondements dans les entreprises de + de 10 salari\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Montants vers\u00e9s au titre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e indiqu\u00e9e dans les graphiques (donc g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement vers\u00e9s l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivante en ce qui graphiques, en ann\u00e9e n+1.<\/em> <em>Attention, la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame que dans les graphiques de la Dares<\/em> <em>(nos s\u00e9ries ne d\u00e9marrent qu&rsquo;en 2014, mais vont jusqu&rsquo;aux donn\u00e9es 2021)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous n&rsquo;avons pas les donn\u00e9es suffisantes pour int\u00e9grer les montants vers\u00e9s dans les filiales, qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux de la maison m\u00e8re, et nos montants moyens sont bas\u00e9s sur le montant vers\u00e9 pour le salaire moyen : les donn\u00e9es ne sont donc pas rigoureusement comparables avec celles de la Dares, mais permettent tout de m\u00eame des comparaisons g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img le m\u00eame fl\u00e9chissement de la participation en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, l\u2019int\u00e9ressement n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9, en raison de sa formule de calcul\u00a0: si la crise sanitaire a entra\u00een\u00e9 une baisse du chiffre d\u2019affaires, elle a diminu\u00e9 les charges op\u00e9rationnelles (frais de d\u00e9placements, \u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie, etc\u2026) et plus encore les eCapex (investissements), du fait notamment de retards de d\u00e9ploiements r\u00e9seaux, ce qui a permis de d\u00e9passer l\u2019objectif de l\u2019indicateur de performance op\u00e9rationnelle (IPO) et de d\u00e9clencher l\u2019int\u00e9ressement maximal (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfecgc-orange.org\/2021031310188\/participation-interessement-et-actionnariat\/interessement-2021-orange-sa-annee-paradoxale.html\">d\u00e9tails sur le site CFE-CGC Orange<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la participation et l\u2019int\u00e9ressement sont globalement sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne des entreprises fran\u00e7aises, la tendance est globalement baissi\u00e8re et les montants moyens ne se maintiennent qu&rsquo;en raison d&rsquo;une baisse continue des effectifs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le montant des abondements pour versement dans le PEG ou le PERCO
